Shipping for order under £400: UK: £10
EU & ROW (Rest of World): shipping calculated at checkout

taxes & duties

For customers shipping within the EU, prices include all relevant import duties and taxes. There are no additional charges on delivery.

For customers shipping to the US and Canada, all customs duties are paid for with no additional charges on delivery. Sales taxes will be applied to all orders at checkout.



November 2025 update -

to our egg friends in the US,
since the change in tariffs, all US orders will have higher duties and taxes.

we have made sure that there is a clear breakdown at checkout, so there is no further charge upon delivery.

we don’t have a solution for this right now but we’re very happy to ship your order to friends and family in the UK and if you have a visit to the UK planned, we’re can hold your parcel for you.

For customers shipping to all other countries duties and taxes are included with no additional charges on delivery.

UK: We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days, parcels arrive within 1-2 day
EU: We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days, parcels arrive within 3-4 days
ROW: We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days, parcels arrive within 3-4 days



We ship using tracked delivery with DHL. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes and duties. All items will require a signature upon delivery.
Please note: taxes and duties may change based on the delivery desitination.

returns
If you need to return all or any items you have 14 days from the date received.



Returned items must be as new, unworn, with tags in their original position.
Shoes: Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Returned shoes will not be accepted with scuffs or wear on the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box.

You may also bring your return to the shop for a full refund.
Please note, we do not refund delivery costs.



made to order and dyed to order

Made to order garments cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions related to sizing before final order and we are happy to help.



how to return

please email web@eggtrading.com to request a return quoting your order number and listing the items you wish to return. We will create a return label, packing list and DHL label for you to print at home and add to the outside of your parcel.

restock fee

a restock fee of £10 (UK) or £20 (ROW) will be deducted when we process your refund.
Items returned using your own shipping company and at your own risk are not subject to the restock fee.

shop returns

All purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase, for refund or exchange. Please provide a receipt with your return, returns will not be accepted without a receipt.
All items must be new with tags and in unworn condition. Shoes must have their original box and dust bags.
