position: senior customer assistant

We are searching for a special person to work in our shop as part of the small team.

You will need to:

• Build and maintain customer relationships to develop a personal client book
• Work with the team to deliver on monthly and seasonal targets
• Assist with the smooth running of the egg shop, including all filing and shop related admin
• Create daily reports to share with the wider team
• Assist with shop display preparations, implementation and maintenance
• Support with stock deliveries and processing
• Give the very best of customer service at all times
• Pay attention to detail and maintain the egg aesthetic in the shop
• Have a love of the arts, textiles and clothing
• Easily and comfortably converse with all

You must take pride in your work, have a strong sense of personal style and a happy disposition. A love of helping people is essential. You will be a leader by example.

There is opportunity within this role to develop and become a key leader within the egg team.

Full time ideal.
Saturdays are essential.

You should have 3 years plus retail experience
